SOC-E took part in the AMD Embedded Tour 2026 in Madrid, an event that brought together industry leaders, technology partners, embedded systems experts and representatives from strategic sectors to explore innovation and advanced embedded solutions.
One of the main highlights of SOC-E’s participation was the first unveiling of AeroTSN-EP, its new Time-Sensitive Networking EndPoint IP Core. Designed for the IEEE 802.1DP TSN profile, also known as the TSN Aerospace Profile, AeroTSN-EP is certifiable up to DO-254 DAL-A and addresses the growing need for deterministic Ethernet communications in applications where safety, reliability, timing precision and certification are essential requirements.
Developed in collaboration with Safecore devices, AeroTSN-EP reinforces both companies’ commitment to advancing technologies for aerospace and other critical applications. This cooperation combines specialised technical expertise with a shared focus on delivering robust, reliable solutions capable of meeting the demanding certification requirements of the sector.
Beyond the technical sessions and presentations, the event also included a prize draw with some exciting giveaways and a selection of tasty treats, including those brought by SOC-E. These moments added a more relaxed and enjoyable touch to a day focused on technology, collaboration and knowledge exchange.
During the event, SOC-E also presented its portfolio of IP cores, modules and COTS solutions, while exchanging insights with specialists, partners and key players within the AMD ecosystem.
