SOC-E recognizes and respects the terms and conditions of FOSS licenses and adheres to the principles of the Open-Source community. In accordance with these principles, SOC-E is committed to provide any customer, who requests it, a document detailing the third-party software subject to FOSS licenses used on a particular product. This documentation includes a list of software components with their versions and the type of FOSS license that applies to each software component. In the same document, an English version of the relevant licences is included.
Regarding the source code availability, SOC-E is committed to provide on demand the source code of the software developed by SOC-E under the terms of FOSS licenses. Any proprietary software developed by SOC-E under non-FOSS licences is excluded. In case of third-party software subject to FOSS licenses and included in SOC-E’s products, clear instructions will be given on how and where users can obtain it.
