Warranty
At SOC-E, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality electronic products. To ensure our customers’ satisfaction and confidence in our products, we offer a comprehensive warranty.
Please review the following conditions of our warranty:
- Warranty Coverage
Our electronic products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage, installation, and service conditions for a period of two years from the original date of purchase, provided it is used, installed, and serviced under normal conditions.
- Warranty Services
If within this two-year period the equipment fails to function properly or becomes unusable due to material or assembly defects, SOC-E will, at its discretion, repair or replace the equipment, or provide a full refund of the purchase price.
- Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Damages resulting from natural disasters, force majeure, or weather-related events such as fires, floods, hail, earthquakes, and wars are not covered.
The warranty does not include transportation costs for returning the product, shipping costs for repaired or replaced parts, or costs associated with the removal, installation, or reinstallation of the product.
Additionally, any loss of earnings due to the equipment being inoperative is not covered by this warranty.

If you believe your product is defective or if you need support for using SOC-E products, please contact our customer support team by filling in the support form available in this page, to initiate a warranty claim or request some support. Ensure that all fields are filled out and include a detailed description of the issue. Providing comprehensive failure information is crucial for our technicians to accurately understand and address the problem.
Most of the issues can potentially be resolved without sending the material back to SOC-E. Once your request is received, a support engineer will gladly assist with identifying the resources that may be helpful to you.
Repairment and RMA
At SOC-E, we recognize that even the most dependable electronic products may sometimes need repairs or replacements, whether within the warranty period or beyond it.
When you encounter a problem with your product, simply contact our customer support by filling in the support form available in this page, to initiate the RMA process. Our support team will guide you through the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process to return the product for evaluation.
Upon receipt, our skilled technicians will thoroughly inspect and diagnose the issue, performing necessary repairs or replacements promptly. If a defect covered by the warranty is found, we will repair or replace the product, or issue a refund. We aim to minimize downtime and inconvenience, ensuring that your experience with SOC-E remains positive and satisfactory from start to finish.
Important Notes:
Any repair, replacement, or compensation does not extend or renew the original warranty period.
Please retain your proof of purchase, as it will be required for any warranty claims.
We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to equipment received without an RMA number.
