Last week our colleagues Mikel Idirin, CEO of SoC-e, and Alicia Alonso, Business Development manager of RELYUM, attended the Association of the United States Army – AUSA Annual Meeting that took place on the 9th, 10th and 11th of October in Washington DC. During their stay, they had the opportunity to meet with some of their partners for the American Defence and Aerospace Market, as well as with some of their customers in that country. In addition, they were able to contrast the interest of the sector in TSN (Time-Sensitive Networking) technology, in which SoC-e is a world pioneer. An example of this was the presentation of the RELY-MIL-SWITCH-ROUTER equipment at the stand of its partner Trilogic Systems, as well as the presentation of the new family of XMC mezzanine cards with TSN support. SoC-e first licensed its IP for TSN in January 2018. Since then it has been evolving its solution by adding new functionalities, upgrading previously available ones and deploying a complete TSN offering. This offering covers IP Cores 1G/10G, communications and testing equipment for the lab and switches and Rugged endpoints for installation in military programmes with a TRL9 level. As you can see it was a very enriching visit in all senses. Stay tuned because we will surely have more news to tell you soon.
