The intensive R&D activity carried by SoCe and the Research Group APERT of the University of the Basque Country on the measurement of the reliability of the design implemented on FPGA was presented at the Wireless Innovation Forum conference (SDR-WInnComm-Europe 2013) that was held in Munich during the last June.
