The work “System-on-Chip Implementation of Reliable Ethernet Networks Nodes” presented by SoC-e and by the University of the Basque Country at the prestigious Annual Conference of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society (November 2013, Vienna) was awarded as the best contribution of the Session “System-on-Chips, Design, Simulation and Verification”. The flexibility (DAN, RedBox, QuadBox) and performance (very low and constant switching latency times) of the SoC implementation were excellently assessed by the reviewers.
